    NAD+, or nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, is a coenzyme found in all living cells and plays a critical role in supporting many biological processes within your body.

  • What does the expiration date on my product mean?

    Your product is at optimum efficacy at room temperature for 2 months. When you receive your order, we recommend you place one refill in the applicator and refrigerate the second refill. Refrigerated products can be stored in the refrigerator for one year.

  • How do I modify my order?

    Due to high volumes, we are unable to make changes once an order is placed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us immediately at info@intuisse.com.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    You may cancel an order for a full refund if your order has not shipped. All in-stock orders do ship out within 1-2 business days. To cancel your order, please email us at info@intuisse.com. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.

  • Can I cancel my subscription?

    You can pause or cancel your subscription from your account after 3 payment cycles.

  • What if the product is out of stock?

    If the product ordered is not available, you will be notified by email and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available or to cancel your order.

  • I only received part of my order

    Either one of your orders is temporarily out of stock and it will be shipped separately, or something has gone wrong. Please email us with your order number so we can check for you and ensure you receive what you have ordered at info@intuisse.com.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal.

  • Can I combine coupon codes and discounts?

    Please note that some coupon codes and discounts cannot be combined on orders. Once an order is placed, we are unable to adjust or add discounts to an existing order.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Costs vary depending on the size of your order and delivery address. Check out our shipping pricing here.

  • How long does shipping take?

    All orders are shipped via priority carrier within 2-3 business days once processed. You will receive an email with your tracking information so you can track your order to its destination. If your order status says 'pending', no further action is needed.

  • What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

    If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please notify our team immediately via email at info@intuisse.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but kindly note we cannot guarantee these changes. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend the shipping address.

  • Can I expedite/do you offer overnight shipping?

    No, but depending on the delivery address, your order, once shipped, will arrive within 1-2 days to mainland UK and 3-5 days to other parts of the world. Check out our shipping timescales here.

  • What if my package doesn’t arrive?

  • How do I track my order?

    You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed with a tracking number and link.


  • Can I return or exchange?

    If you have a complaint or concern with a product purchased, please contact us on info@intuisse.com and we'll do our best to help.
    Should you wish to return an unopened item, please notify us within 14 days from receipt of your order, with the reason for your return. Our Customer Service team will review your request and advise accordingly.
    If a refund request is granted, this will be processed to the card or account (such as PayPal) which you used to pay for your order (excluding premium delivery costs). The refund processing period is subject to the terms and conditions of your credit card issuer or PayPal.

  • My order/item has arrived damaged, what should I do?

    We take great care in packaging your order, however, if a product is damaged upon delivery, please contact customer service immediately at info@intuisse.com and we will arrange a replacement for you. You may be asked to send photographic evidence of the damaged goods.

    This is our way of showing our appreciation. You can earn points for activities on our site, like referrals, subscriptions and purchases and use them to earn discounts off purchases. The more you collect, the more you save.

  • Who can join?

    Membership is free. Start earning rewards with your first purchase.

  • How do I earn points?

    You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, making purchases, signing for a subscription. Rewards are unlocked as you spend over a rolling 12-month period.

  • How do I redeem my points?

    Once you’re logged into your account, go to the “Rewards” section of the loyalty page. If you have enough points, you can exchange them for rewards.

  • How long does my loyalty tier last?

    Your loyalty tier is based on your spend within a 12-month period from when you entered the tier.

  • What rewards will I receive as a member of the Radiance Circle?

  • Can I earn loyalty benefits when shopping through a Partner?

    No, the benefits of the Radiance Circle are exclusive to shopping on intuisse.com.

  • What happens if I cancel an order or return a product?

    The spend level will be updated accordingly.

  • Can I return free products or samples I received as part of the Radiance Circle or exchange them for cash?

    No, any free products or samples are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • How do I view my point balance?

    You will be able to see your points balance on the header of the loyalty page, when you are logged in.

  • How do I redeem my points?

    Select the tab called *Redeem Points*. Here you’ll see all the vouchers to redeem on your next purchase, depending on your points balance.

  • Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

    No, there is no limit to the points you can earn.

  • What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

    Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
    Pending: These points need to be verified, before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.
    Cancelled: These points will not be added to your balance. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase. In this case, the points will change from pending to cancelled.

  • What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?

    Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

  • Why did my account balance go down?

    You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.

  • I completed an activity but didn't earn points!

    It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.

  • Can I use my points during checkout?

    No, points can be redeemed for a voucher, which can then be applied during checkout.

  • What am I agreeing to when I join the radiance circle?

    By joining the Radiance Circle you agree to our privacy policy and the terms & conditions of the programme and any modifications or changes to the benefits we may make.
    How do I update my details, including updating my marketing preferences? You can update your details in My Account.

  • How do I leave the program?

    If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact our customer service team at info@intuisse.com and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you, and you will lose any points you have accrued.

  • What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

    Please contact our customer service team at info@intuisse.com and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
