What is the Intuisse Radiance Circle?

The Radiance Circle is our free loyalty programme and our way of saying thank you. Anyone with an Intuisse account can join: here, create an account or log in and you will start earning with your first order.

How do I earn points?

You earn points on every order: 1 point per $1 spent on Blue, 2 points on Gold and 3 points on Platinum (or the equivalent in your currency). You can also earn points for referring friends and on your birthday. There is no limit to the points you can earn.

How do the tiers work?

There are three tiers, based on what you spend over a 12-month period. Everyone starts at Blue, moves up to Gold after spending $1,000 and to Platinum after spending $2,000. Each tier earns points faster and unlocks more benefits. When you are logged in, this page shows the date your tier progress resets.

How do I check and redeem my points?

Log in and visit this page to see your points balance and current tier. Choose a reward here, or redeem your points in your cart before you check out, and your reward is applied to your order as a discount.

Why have my points not appeared yet?

Points for an order are added once the order has been processed, which can take a little time. If they have not appeared within a day, please contact us at info@intuisse.com

What happens if I cancel an order or return a product?

The points and spend from that order are removed from your account and your tier progress is updated. The same applies to referral points if a friend you referred cancels or returns their order.

What am I agreeing to when I join?

"By joining, you agree to our privacy policy and the terms & conditions, including any changes we make to its rewards and benefits. Free products, samples and rewards have no cash value and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash."

How do I leave the programme?

Email info@intuisse.com and ask to be removed. Any points you have collected will be lost, and if you rejoin later your balance will start again from zero.
