If you have a complaint or concern with a product purchased, please contact us on and we'll do our best to help.

Should you wish to return an unopened item, please notify us within 14 days from receipt of your order, with the reason for your return. Our Customer Service team will review your request and advise accordingly.

If a refund request is granted, this will be processed to the card or account (such as PayPal) which you used to pay for your order (excluding premium delivery costs). The refund processing period is subject to the terms and conditions of your credit card issuer or PayPal.
